Change in the Position of President of the Management Board of InfoEngine

As a result of the resignation submitted by Grzegorz Żarski, his cooperation with the TGE Capital Group and his duties as President of the Management Board of InfoEngine S.A. will end as of 31 December 2025. At the same time, on 12 December 2025, the Supervisory Board of InfoEngine S.A. appointed Łukasz Goliszewski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InfoEngine S.A., to temporarily perform the duties of President of the Management Board. This decision will take effect as of 1 January 2026.

Appointment of a new President of the Management Board

On December 23, 2024, the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of InfoEngine S.A. appointed Grzegorz Żarski as the President of the Management Board. Prior to this, Grzegoż Żarski held the position of Chairman of the InfoEngine Supervisory Board and, since October 2024 served as the acting President of the Management Board. Grzegorz Żarski assumed his new duties on January 1, 2025, simultaneously resigning from his position as a member and Chairman of the InfoEngine Supervisory Board, effective December 31, 2024. The appointment of the new President of the Management Board was preceded by a competitive recruitment process.

New business line – DUB – balancing services for OZE producers and energy storage (BESS).​

At present, InfoEngine is introducing a new service model, for selected clients, as Balancing Services Provider. It is an answer for challenges that arise on the Polish and European electrical energy markets (resulting mainly from Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity), which introduce new possibilities for activity participation in the balancing market for the whole scope of OZE production technologies and energy storages.

XX Jachranka Energy Fair

On 26-27 of September 2024, InfoEngine employees participated in the jubilee XX Jachranka Energy Fair, along with TGE and IRGiT teams on the joint stand of the Polish Power Exchange. During a presentation and discussion, the Chairman of the InfoEngine Supervisory Board, unveiled the direction of new strategic development of the Company, emphasising the introduction of a new offer of cooperation with PSE S.A in the scope of balancing services. He highlighted it to be a crucial element of business model development for the OZE (Renewable Energy Resource) sector as well as energy storage.
