InfoEngine S.A.
InfoEngine S.A. is a subsidiary of the Polish Power Exchange, which in turn is a part of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Capital Group. The company started in 2001 as a part of Elbis Sp. z o.o. which was a part of PGE S.A. (Polish Energy Group). Due to restructuring and proprietary processes, the company was bought by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where it took care of market operator services and conducted an electronical energy market, in the scope of the Internet Energy Trading Platform – „poee”.

Due to legislative changes and consolidation of the energy market, the company concentrated its business on the provision of market operator services, that is services such as Technical Market Operator and Entity Responsible for Trade Balancing.
The company is registered in Warsaw Książęca 4 but its effective seat is in Bełchatów.

HISTORY
InfoEngine S.A. begun its activity in the scope of trade of electrical energy in the year 2000 as a part of Elbis Sp. z o.o., which was owned, at that time, by the Polish Energy Group S.A. (PGE S.A.) Due to restructuring processes in December of 2010, InfoEngine has been bought by the Warsaw Stock Exchange; focusing on the provision of market operator services as well as the activity of the POEE(Electrical Energy Trade Platform) platform. In 2015 InfoEngne became a subsidiary of the Polish Power Exchange, which is a part of the Warsaw stock exchange Capital Group. As part of PolPx structures we provide complex Market Operator services for electrical energy market participants.
Crucial events in InfoEngine history
2000 – acquisition of an electrical energy trade license;
2001 – start of forward products on the POEE platform;
2002 – merging of the transaction and banking systems in the scope of automatic settlement and collateral calculation;
2003 – introduction of the WIRE system;
2004 – start of the Market Operator service;
2005 – introduction of poee day – head trading along with a single price system;
2006 – introduction of poee CO2;
2008 – introduction of the zOHee system;
2010 – acquisition of the company by the Warsaw Stock Exchange;
2013 – introduction of the POB service;
2013 – introduction of the OTC forward market;
2015 – the company becomes a part of the Polish Power Exchange Capital Group, both companies become part of the Warsaw stock Exchange Capital Group;
2019 – introduction of the new zOHee system containing intraday scheduling;
2024 – introduction of the automated POB handing system;
2024 – adaptation of WIRE and zOHee systems to new WDB 15 regulations.

InfoEngine S.A. („Company”) hereby informs that on 28.09.2020 it has summoned its shareholder the Polish Power Exchange to submit, in the seat of the Company, share documents for their dematerialisation.

1. Share capital of the company is 9.045.000 PLN (nine million forty five thousand zloty).
2. Share capital of the Company is divided into:
1) 500 (five hundred) series A registered shares, of 1000 (one thousand zlotys) PLN nominal value each,
2) 220 (two hundred twenty) series B registered shares, of 1000 PLN (one thousand zlotys) nominal value each,
3) 200 (two hundred) series C registered shares of 1000 PLN (one thousand zlotys) nominal value each,
4) 525 (five hundred twenty five) series D registered shares of 1000 PLN (one thousand zlotys) nominal value each,
5) 2.000 (two thousand) series E registered shares of 1000 PLN (one thousand zlotys) nominal value each,
